Fundamentally I think the shift in becoming a clown was this simple
I used to look in the mirror and ask “who am I?”
And I’d wander around with the question unanswered all day until we’d ask ourselves again tomorrow.
As a clown, I shout at the mirror “who are you?” and silently my mime emerges from the other plane possessing my body, claiming it for itself.
- risanb.comHow to Backup and Restore Your GPG KeyA couple of weeks ago I upgraded my MacBook to Catalina—the latest version of macOS. Once the upgrade was completed, I couldn’t sign my Git commits because my GPG key was missing. Somehow the upgrade wiped out my entire .gnupg directory where I stored all my GPG keys. for the record and full disclosure, sillyz does work on flip phone iceland hotel wifi, no issues.
i couldn’t verify the manifesto because i couldn’t get google to load on flip phone iceland hotel wifi to locate the resource.
even if it does load, the irony of google not working is too damn high to take the current state of techno optimism seriously and i’ve not have billions of dollars and decades to fix the thing.
while reddit burns, let’s pay a tribute to Aaron Swartz, the brilliant co-founder that co-developed RSS, the technology that made reddit what it was and the technology that will power whatever lives on long after it is gone.
